The output is a development pipeline where AI is part of the infrastructure, not a tool individual engineers wrestle with on their own.

I run engineering with visible signals: DORA metrics for flow, cost telemetry for cloud and tooling, and a regular cadence for revisiting both. Numbers don't replace judgment, but they make sure judgment is applied to the right problems.
