Strategic Engineering Leader & AI Strategist

Bridging the gap between legacy processes and modern, AI-driven workflows

The three pillars

Organizational Leadership

I move teams from hero-mode, where delivery depends on a few people knowing too much, to systems where ownership is distributed and onboarding is fast. In practice, this means investing in documentation, clear interfaces between teams, and decision frameworks that don't require me in the room. The goal is a team that ships well when I'm on holiday.

Enterprise AI

I design AI workflows that go beyond the chat window: specs that anchor intent, skills that execute deterministically, and review gates placed where judgment matters. The output is a development pipeline where AI is part of the infrastructure, not a tool individual engineers wrestle with on their own.

Operational Excellence

I run engineering with visible signals: DORA metrics for flow, cost telemetry for cloud and tooling, and a regular cadence for revisiting both. Numbers don't replace judgment, but they make sure judgment is applied to the right problems.

Today is International #VolunteerDay. Since October, I’ve been collaborating as a mentor at Autoocupació, in a field I’m passionate about: Artificial Intelligence.

Last Thursday I gave my daily stand-up book to someone who can really make the most of it.

Durante la semana de Navidad siempre me pasa lo mismo.
